Delivery and Returns

We cannot guarantee that a product is in stock at all times. In the event that an item sells out, and is no longer available, you will not be charged for the product.

Orders are processed within a 48 hour period once the order has been made. Customers wishing to cancel orders should email info@zizuoptics.com immediately. If the product has already been shipped to the customer, please see the exchange and return policy for more information.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not completely happy with your purchase? Our Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll offer an exchange or refund up to 30 days after purchase. All you have to do is present your proof of purchase and return the product and packaging in its original condition. If replacement sunglasses are less or more expensive, then the difference will be refunded or must be paid respectively.

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and up to 10 days to reflect in your account and will be re payed in the same format as the original purchase.

Sale items: No refunds will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges allowed30 days after the purchase date.

Frame breakage guarantee

Our two year frame breakage guarantee means that if you break the frame of your new sunglasses within two years of purchase, you can return them to us, with your proof of purchase, and we will replace the frame for only the cost of shipping. The NEW SCX1 and TRX model lenses have a one year breakage guarantee.

All XZ1 , XZ2, Z-Shield and NZ2 models have a two year warranty.

All ZIZU eyewear exceed ANSI and CE standards.

 

Payment

Payment can be made via the Website by - credit card- where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to verify the validity of payment. In such cases we reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as this additional information is required. 

When you place an order, the transaction details are presented to the bank for authorization of the payment amount. If authorization is not obtained from the bank, the order is cancelled. You guarantee that you are fully authorized to use the credit card for payment of your order and that there are sufficient funds in this credit card account to cover the costs of any transactions you complete on Zizu Optics.

Zizu Optics will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Zizu Optics will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

 

Delivery

Zizu Optics will do its best to ensure availability of all advertised products and to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.

Irrespective of the delivery location, Zizu Optics aims to deliver within 6 working days. Door to door deliveries are sent to a street address. No PO Box deliveries are done. Deliveries to your selected dealer will be done by courier or us depending on the location of the dealer. You will be supplied with a tracking number that will allow you to track the parcel.

In the case of door to door delivery, if nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will on the second attempt of delivery use the mobile phone number you provided in your order and/or leave a note (in the letterbox if a residential address) to indicate that there was an attempted delivery. The courier will try once more, and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, it will be your responsibility to call Zizu Optics or email info@zizuoptics.com to arrange delivery. If you don't contact the Zizu Optics call center within 5 working days of the courier attempting the second delivery, the courier will return the parcel to Zizu Optics, and we will contact you via email to discuss potential redeliver at your own cost. If this attempt does not succeed within a reasonable amount of time.
