30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not completely happy with your purchase? Our Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll offer an exchange or refund up to 30 days after purchase. All you have to do is present your proof of purchase and return the product and packaging in its original condition. If replacement sunglasses are less or more expensive, then the difference will be refunded or must be paid respectively.
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and up to 10 days to reflect in your account and will be repayed in the same format as the original purchase.
Sale items: No refunds will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges allowed 30 days after the purchase date.
Frame breakage guarantee
Our one year frame breakage guarantee means that if you break the frame of your new sunglasses within one year of purchase, you can return them to us, with your proof of purchase, and we will replace the frame for only the cost of shipping. The NEW SCX1 model lenses have a one year breakage guarantee.
All XZ1 , XZ2, XC1 and NZ2 models have a two year warranty.
All ZIZU eyewear exceed ANSI and CE standards.
Zizu Optics sunglasses are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Zizu Optics will replace or repair at our option, with proof of purchase, any Zizu Optics sunglasses we find to be defective during the warranty period. Purchase made online through unauthorized dealers and/or auctions (i.e. eBay, Kijiji) are NOT covered under our warranty. Only authentic Zizu Optics products will be warranted. This warranty shall not apply to any defects or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of the products. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
