My name is Elizabeth Fanok, and I’m a sprint kayak athlete originally from Ontario, Canada, now living and training in Nova Scotia. I’ve been paddling since 2017 and competing from a young age, earning multiple national championship titles over the years across K1, K2, and K4 events.
One of the biggest highlights of my career so far has been representing Team Canada at the 2025 Olympic Hopes Regatta, where I won a silver medal in the U15 Women’s K1 1000m, bronze in the U15 Women’s K1 500m, and placed 4th in the U15 Women’s K1 200m against some of the top young paddlers in the world.
In 2025, I also had an incredible Nationals, winning eight gold medals across multiple events and distances. I’m excited to keep improving every season and continuing to compete at the highest level possible. I’m also very thankful to ZIZU for supporting me and keeping the sun out of my eyes during training and racing.
