Mats is a Canadian-Norwegian cross country skier raised in Chelsea Quebec. He has been skiing since he was could walk and racing since he was 9 years old. Since then he has accumulated many top 10 results in North America and competed in multiple continental cups in Europe. He is currently a member of the Pierre Harvey Canadian National Training Centre (CNEPH) in Mont Sainte Anne and hopes to represent Canada at upcoming World Cups, World Championships and Olympic Games. Mats has been trusting Zizu Optics since they launched. His favourite model is the Sisu in matte black with a gold lense.
